A- clear yellow in color with water dyed with food coloring. 2 finger foamy head with splotchy lacing.
S- malts like that of corn or vinegar
F- sour and malty with minimal hop flavor
M- dry and crisp but malty and bland
O- better than bud and coors but not much better

Poured from a freshness dated 12 oz. can: slightly hazy, deep golden hue with a quickly receding, foamy white head.
Very minimal aroma - perhaps a whiff of ozone.
This lager is noticeably sweet, yet it maintains a refreshing profile from start to finish. It is a rather simple beer with no off-flavors that can be common with basic lagers. It is perfect for a hot day, especially here in Florida. Also, a portion of the proceeds from the purchase will go toward preserving our oceans through the Mote Marine Laboratory.
