500ml bottle from Drygate Brewery (Gift):
Slightly dark a ver with a half cm, bubbly white head that holds not too badly. Lively with pine *citrus on the nose initially followed by a malty base & some biscuit notes that adds a little sweetness before some mango & tropical notes see things out. It's quite a malty taste too, lots of biscuit, some caramel & earthy malts with a little bread too; towards the end some of the tropical fruits make an appearance but they're kinda drowned out by the malts. The body is moderately carbonated & has a subtle sweetness to it as well; okay at best & more pale ale than IPA for me.
