A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color and has some hues of orange along with a high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high dense white head that has excellent retention properties and consistently left a half finger high head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pale malts are present in the nose along with notes of fruity and Belgian yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the fruity yeast flavors are a touch stronger. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be fruitier compared to others in the style.

Presentation: It was served on tap at Resurgence Brewing Company.

Appearance: The body has a cloudy golden straw color with a nice average cap of white foam. It’s head holds on well and slowly settles to thin wispy layer. On the way down the glass it makes some slick lacing.

Smell: Herbal grassy hops and freash bready malt jump out of the glass along with some funky Belgian yeast notes.

Taste / Palate: The flavor is full of nice bready maltiness and yeasty notes. It also has a touch of the classic Belgian barnyard funk. This is balanced well with fresh grassy and floral hop notes and bitterness/dryness. The palate feels right on. It’s well rounded and very drinkable.
