This was leftover from a week of recreational drinking at a family reunion in Syracuse NY with my cousins last week. It is rated as an Imperial, but the opaque hazy body, modest abv and citrus focused nose have me leaning more towards NEIPA. The flavor is loaded with medicinal hops but also features a biscuit note and a touch of pepper in the finish. I like the texture, which isn't too dry and lets the natural dank resin soak in the afertaste. Solid effort from this Buffalo brewer.

Very good overall! Watkins Glen 25th anniversary trip 6/21/21. Hot walk up the beautiful gorge, not bad after 25 years from the first time on honeymoon!
