For this brew, we took more coconut than any of us could carry on our backs, toasted it, and infused it into a rich, velvety Imperial Stout. Roast and sweetness from the malt is perfectly balanced with toasty, nutty goodness from the coconut…..SO. MUCH. COCONUT.
