The Hallertau Blanc hop used in this Czech Pilsner imparts flavors of white grape and floral notes that pair well with the breadiness from the malt. Smooth, yet complex this beer finishes dry leaving your mouth wanting more!

1 PINT can
Served in an imperial becker glass
This beer pours pale yellow with a chill haze. It is topped with a couple inches of eggshell head that leaves spotty lacing.
Floral hops. Almost smells like soap. Grass. Lemongrass
Biscuit. Cracker. Mild sweetness cut short by some grass and citrus notes. Mild bitterness in the finish.
Lighter bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Solid beer

Pours very pale gold and is gem clear (SRM 2-3). Random bubbles of carbonation are easily visible throughout, reinforcing two and a half inches of a glistening, pastel-white head. The head slowly turns rocky as it settles to one half inch and leaves smears of patchy lace on a pilsner glass.
Spicy hops and cut grass quickly give way to cooked corn and soap. The takeover is fairly sudden and complete within two minutes.
The flavor opens sweet and crisp, with cereal grains. Mild bitterness shows up late, along with peppery watercress and coriander. Despite this, the flavor is fairly simple. The finish lingers with a mild, spicy grass.
It has a medium to full body and the texture reminiscent of soft cotton. There is no discernible alcohol, which is as expected. Carbonation adds a light fizz. After a couple of minutes, a chalkiness grabs hold and never lets go.
I enjoyed this while watching football as, I believe, was the brewer's intent. Specifically the Bills. It worked well with pizza and miscellaneous tailgate snacks. I was pleasantly surprised that this is a solid Pilsner rather than just an easy sales bump to catch Bills fans.
