This collaboration between DiCamillo's Bakery and Resurgence Brewing features DiCamillo's famous Ladder Bread or "Scaletta" in Italian. DiCamillo's has been serving the community and this bread for over 100 years.
The name Curly Loaf was a nickname for the bread by the local Old World Italians. This Italian Pilsner, like the bread, is meant to be shared amongst friends and family. So break yourself off a nice piece of "Scaletta" and pour yourself a cold beer and enjoy amongst loved ones.
