On tap at Char in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a cloudy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like slightly tart key lime, pie crust sweetness, vanilla, lemon, and breadiness.
This is a really solid take on the style - it does approximate the desert well. Maybe it's my mind playing tricks - but I do sense a graham cracker crust and some vanilla-y frosting sweetness on top of the sweet and sour key lime base.
This is light bodied, clean, and pretty crisp, with a solid drinkability to it.
Resurgence has mostly certainly improved over the last few years. This is nicely done.
