Light and refreshing with a beautiful pink color. This kettle sour is brewed and fermented with blackberries, cherries, and guava. Resulting in a heavy mixed berry flavor and aroma with just a hint of tropical fruit on the finish.

On draft at Swan Dive in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a blood reddish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like cherry juice, sour blackberry, guava, generally berry-ish flavor, and citrus.
This is a solid take on the style - it's not full blown smoothie-style, with a just a touch of acidity and not that melted smoothie thickness. The cherry and blackberry are the dominant flavors, but you definitely do get the guava, with some dark fruit and citrus as well.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and pretty drinkable.
If I'm going to have to have this style, I do tend to prefer this slightly scaled back and less gloopy type of take.
