This one pours a light golden straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells lightly like honey, with sweet breadiness, and some grassiness.
This is supposed to evoke the feeling of driving into Buffalo and smelling the Kellogg’s factory – I think – and it does a somewhat good job with this. It doesn’t outright taste like cereal, which wouldn’t be great, but it evokes the feeling with some breadiness, a touch of honey, and a smooth finish.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and pretty drinkable.
This is decent, not super flavorful, but inoffensive.

2024 version has Brickyard as primary and Resurgence as collaborator. I was hoping this indeed, smelled like Buffalo when General Mills is making Cheerios. Disappointingly, it does not smell that way. It’s a decent beer despite that. Clean, crisp, refreshing, lively carbonation. Has a bit of lemongrass toward the end. Cold is likely the best temperature for it. I would drink these while doing outside grunt work.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. Thanks Dan for picking this one out. Awesome label and name too.
Appearance - Crystal clear golden brew with two fingers of fluffy white head. Decent staying power.
Smell - Cereal grains all the way with just a tint bit of grassiness and lemon. Good intensity.
Taste - Like the nose, plenty of graininess, a touch on the sweet side, with some grassiness in the back end.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light bodied, crisp carbonation and very easy to drink.
Overall - Very well made pilsner. Quite happy to have had this.
