This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like orange candies, pineapple, coconut, marijuana, mango, and passionfruit.
The regular version of The Surge is one of the most dependable grocery store IPAs in Western NY – this is a really nice touch-up of a new classic. It’s real tropical, almost coconutty, maybe a little bit of passionfruit, with some more typical melon, mango, and pineapple type hop characteristics. There’s a pleasant refreshing bitterness on the finish.
This is light bodied, soft, and creamy, with a great drinkability.
Resurgence has come such a long way since their early days. This is really nice.
