On tap at the Buffalo location.
I was excited to see a Kellerbier on the menu. It’s not a very common style on the US. My excitement dissipated somewhat when I saw a clear, light gold beer. That’s why I gave this a 2 for appearance, which is exceeding rare for me, especially in the appearance category. It’s a fine looking beer, but the style is explicitly unfiltered.
Outside the lack of yeast, it’s a fine beer. Light, balanced, refreshing. This seems more like a craft attempt at a light-ish American lager.
