had this the other night alongside a deGarde imperial plum bu. the plum was really well crafted in both brews and it was hard to pick a favorite though I slightly prefered the deGarde. really solid beverage (and blended on my birthday!)

Wonderful carb and beautiful pink/purple hue to the saison body. So crisp from start to finish. Reminds me of a fresh plum in terms of sharp acid and dry quenching finish. Wonderful base beer as well.

Another very good beer from Casey. A lot of plum on both the nose and taste. A lot of flavor, but a slightly harsh/heartburn after taste. Very good in small amounts.

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Bottled 12/1/14. Hazy dull pink/red body. Plum aroma is distinct. A bit of yogurt and acidity. Oak. Taste is also very yogurty. Plum flavor builds and becomes really plummy in the back end. Light tartness and very light oak flavor. Kind of a sweet fruity finish. Medium carbonation. Much more impressive than the other Fruit Stands I’ve had.
