Bottle pour at the brewery. 3/21/16 bottle.

Golden body. Clear. Light head. 5

Funky, lemony, citrusy, earthy. 4.25

Huge juicy citrus blend. Grapefruit, lemon And orange. Subtle tropical notes. 4.5

Refreshing as all hell and juicy before a dry finish. Floral and slightly bitter. 4.25

A pleasure to drink. Bummed there were no bottles to-go, as I would have enjoyed this plenty more this summer.

Quite thin all around. The finish becomes watery due to the thin nature of the beer. There are some white grape and oak notes through the mid palate. Beginning is a crisp lemonade level tartness. The hops help balance the tartness a bit. Just underwhelming in terms of depth of flavor and complexity.

Cloudy yellow color. The nose is a tart with a funky bite. The taste is a somewhat juicy sour front with the hop bitterness of he finish. A solid but slightly underwhelming beer.

From a 750 ml bottle (bottle 4/20/2015) to a tulip.

A-The beer is very light in color and mostly clear. Some carbonation remains active until the last drop. The head is short and white and stays around for less than 30 seconds. No lacing.

S-The aroma is quite tart with nice doses of acidity. Funk is pretty high too with fruity brett flavors being more prevalent than hop notes. I sniff some white grapes and a little bit of oak too.

T-The taste is also pretty sour with suggestions of sweet tarts. Funk is moderate. This is not a gueuze, but there is a good dose bacteria happening and you can taste it. Hop notes are well integrated and citrus in character. I taste mostly orange or tangerine. A little bit of vinous character here too.

M-The body is pretty light with an active, chunky carbonation. A really nice fit for the flavors.

O-I was expecting more hops here, but this sour beer was tasty nonetheless. Very drinkable and reasonably complex means this is another solid effort from Casey.

4/20 bottle.

Smells much fruitier than Oak Theory and also pretty gueuze like. Perfect amount of tartness.

Compared to OT it's pretty similar and I liked it just slightly more than their Saison.
