Bottled 08/27/19, drank 03/30/20. A gift from my wonderful wife as a celebration for a promotion.
A&S: One of not the most interesting/intense heads. Red-velvet colored, fizzy head that dies quickly to just some sparse spots and a ring around the edge of the glass. Leaves lacing in globs. Beer is dark ruby red and fairly transparent with some lively carbonation. Initially, the aroma is pretty toned down but consists of berries, mostly raspberries, but I am also getting blueberries and grapes.
T&M: Acidic and tart more than puckering sour initially. Sweetness increases overtime. Not incredibly complex, mostly straight fruit-forward (similar to the aroma). The mouthfeel at first is consistent with champagne, but the mouthfeel gets smoother as more of the sediment gets mixed in. Dry finish with hints of oak.
Overall: Casey is my favorite brewery in Colorado and this beer definitely good, but not one of my top from them. I still would recommend.

750 mL bottle. Bright pink body. Smells of intense raspberry. A deep rather than acidic raspberry. A hint of rubber on the nose. Tastes of jammy raspberry. Builds in sourness, but not that intense. No hint of the rubber on the flavor. Dry and oaky finish. Medium body. Low carbonation. Nice fruit, aside from the little bit of rubber on the nose.

Draft pour at Hooch in Aspen.
Bright raspberry color in the body. Abundant lace. Gorgeous color. 5
Raspberry and more raspberry. Jammy, tart but with a smidgeon of sweetness. 4.5
More raspberry. Tart, pulpy and earthy raspberry flavor but like the nose, also hinting at sweetness. 4.5
Tartness for days. Dry on top of that. A little jammy and sweet mid-palate. Drinkable and refreshing. Dryness will linger on ya. 4.5
This is the jam.
