Pours a golden straw yellow with a bubbly white foam head. Nose is yeast, grape skin and light dough. Taste of sour grape skin, grasses, doughy malt light oak and funky yogurt. Nice funk character to it which I like with my saisons. A bit of citrus peel and lemon zest from the dry hopping but I think it has faded a bit with time. Super dry and crisp finish. Enjoyed
