Poured 750ml into stemmed tulip. Dark burnt purple fizzy 2 finger dirty white head. Head slowly fizzes and leaves a cap webbed lacing on my glass. Sour blackberries, cherries, and green plum. Some stonefruit and oak with hints of whiskey. Funk is minimal. Plent of tart berry notes - cherry, raspberry, blackberry - and some green plum. Good amount of sour, oak and lightly funky. Faint notes of the whiskey. Well carbonated, crisp, clean, refreshing, nicely sour.
