This one pours a slightly hazy dark orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like prickly sour peach, spicy funk, oak, light bourbon, acidity, and must.
The bourbon barrels add a killer spiciness to this, both from the spirit itself and the toasted oak. There's a moderate amount of peach here, funky and very sour, with a musty and dank funk on the finish.
This is light bodied, crisp, with a lingering acidity on the finish. It's definitely a slow sipper.
This is a challenging and awesome beer. Casey almost never fails.
