A measured barnyard funk pairs with a tart and crisp effervescence popping with all the berries and accents of cherry that's not too sour, with a filling froth that lifts a wild, herbal spice.

gorgeous mix of fruits on this one from casey, another multiple fruit one thats as good as anything else they have done really. the raspberries and blackberries are potent in here, in front of the cherry for my palate for most of it. the color is gorgeous, a deep purple tinted ruby red color, a perfect blender of all the fruits, a little more viscous than some of their others, but lively from the tap still. aroma is splendid here, puckery cherry and raspberry first, sweeter jammy blackberry later on, with the patented casey mix of funk and sour, this one a little more acidic because of the fruit, but the bretty wild part, and the oak as a vector, are still bag parts of this. the flavor is awesome, raspberry first for me, then the sweeter blackberry, finally the pucker of the cherry in a kriek sort of fashion with the sourness at the end. the funk ramps up a lot as it warms, and there is a sharpness from the fruit as well, tannic and vinous. i dont taste much grain in here its so fruity, but i can definitely feel it, fluffy and wheaty and big but soft, carbonation is a little light, but the texture is great overall. killer blend here, one of my favorite casey beers in awhile...
