A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy pale golden straw with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Big aromas of oaky vanilla from the barrels before leading the way to really bright apricot and peach juice. Incredibly bright and juicy.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of slightly sweet and tart apricots and peach pits. Light funk and saison notes but loads of juicy peach. The problem is really acidic peaches.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, bright, light acidity on the finish.
O - Overall this was a rather disappointing beer in a sense that it doesn't have a super aggressive stone fruit and it's rather acidic.

Thanks to rudzud, bottled 8/27/18
Light fizzy head, lower retention, little lacing, hazy lemony pale color
Nose big citrus and bright mild funk, loads of juicy fruit mostly stone fruit, peach and apricot, hint of vanilla and doughy wheat saison, but a strange weird funky sour acid thing maybe tannin, buttery oak
Taste big tart fruit, tons of apricot and peach, tart peach and a little bready doughy wheat, big vanilla and buttery oak, little vinous with the tart slight sour apricot, big bright acidity and a little funk, mild saison spices but fair wheat doughy malt, light flemmy tart finish, lingering tart finish
Mouth is med bod, a bit juicy, fair acidity and tartness, little flemmy, higher carb
Overall pretty good but not crazy, good peach and apricot, decent sour, weird high acidity that gets a bit offensive, but otherwise good

Completely annihilated West Ashley and Smooth in a blind taste. I'm hard-pressed to give this rating to any beer, but for me and my palate, this is a perfect saison in all BA categories.

Lighter orange body, one finger white head, good retention, bit of lacing. Smell is big peach, light straw, fairly big hay. Mild funk, light oak, a fair bit of acetic acidity, light vinegar. Stonefruit all the way through. Medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, mildly zesty stonefruit all the way through on the backend.

Perfection/Red Haven.
Straw yellow color. White head. All peaches. Ripe, juicy, and tart. A bit acidic. Very bright. Light funky. Light bodied. The tartness makes it a little tough to drink, but I love the flavors.

Beautiful cloudy yellow, super fuzzy stone fruit aroma. Unreal nose, pure peach
Sharp tartness, heavy acidity, a bit too much, some mustard

Hazy pale yellow with a fuzzy white blanket.
This is super fruit forward, where the apricot is almost like passion fruit it's so expressive, and slightly floral. This has a soft froth but a nice cotton dry finish, developing light funk and a little grassy hay to complement the mind blowing, perfectly tart and juicy fruity sourness.
Absolutely fantastic and in the running for my top beer of Hunahpu's Day.

Another vintage of this enjoyed at Thanksgiving 2023 still featured its deliciously bright juiciness, but was contrasted by an oaky, cheesy funk that was quite enjoyable, though it was overall lighter in body. No change in rating.
