For this blend we decided to dry hop a couple oak barrels of East Bank with Nelson Sauvin. The tropical hops along with the esters we achieve from the local honey we add in the kettle blend together great, almost like there were there from the start.

Drank December 2025 which was unfortunately past its prime, but as a saison, this should have held up, even if the dry hopping didn't...still a tasty beer...
