Made with over 4 pounds per gallon organic apricots and then conditioned on whole Madagascar vanilla beans just before bottle conditioning. We used just enough beans to get vanilla character in perfect balance with the ripe apricot juiciness.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells bracingly sour, with bright and tart apricot, lemon juice, oak, and light vanilla.
The vanilla is subtle, but it's there just enough to defuse some of the intense acidity here. It's supremely mouth-puckering. The apricot is done well, with little sweetness and tons of acid, along with some funky lemony flavors on the back end. There's a touch of oak, but it doesn't stem the tide.
This is light bodied, and a slower sipper for sure, with a crisp but biting finish to each sip.
This is probably the most sour Casey beer I've ever had. It's still an incredibly worthwhile pour.
