This one pours a lightly hazy golden yellow color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This one smells like sour peach skin and peach juice, marijuana, heavy citrus, floral funk, and oak.
This is another beer that's hard not to love. It's got a subtle funk and acidity, with a soft and juicy and slightly sour peach character, and a nice white wine barrel character as well. There's tons of citrus, I assume from the dry-hopping, with a pleasant bitterness that melds well with everything else.
This is light bodied, clean, and feels pretty soft on the palate, with a great drinkability.
Other than HF, Casey is making possibly the best saisons in the country. It's HF, SARA, and Casey for sure.
