Pours a reddish orange with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart and oaky with bright notes of blackberries, raspberries and cherries.
Taste is sour and quite vinous. Notes of blackberries, raspberries, cherries and oak. Nice acidity an a lot of complexity with a bit of red wine on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry, vinous and well carbonated.
Overall, a great sour saison, where the berries really shine.
