Funky, fresh, and packed with floral and fauna, Casey treats their local culture to their own local cultures with the rusticity of spontaneity with the freshness of farm-fresh fruits.
Pale goldenrod and held in a lightly foggy gaze, Funky Blender Preserves shines with a heavy apricot perfume that rests above a mildly bubbly pour. Additional aromas of sourdough, weathered wood, dusty cellar, dried citrus and an overall vinous overtone. Scantly sweet, a wafer-thin maltiness skirts the tastebuds and is quickly awash with acidity. Bracingly tart with lime, lemon, grapefruit, crabapple, white grape and gooseberry chase all thirst away before heading into a dry, crisp and refreshing apricot finish.
Light and crisp in body, the near champaign ale trails with a brief after tow of dry burlap, vinous oak and fresh apricot.

Thank you Orca_Whale for this
750 ml bottle poured into a flute
A- Hazy bright golden straw color with a three finger white head.
S- Tart, apricots, oak, pears, mild funk, earthy, touch of wheat.
T- Sour, lemons, apricots, some grapes, oak, pears, mild funk, slightly earthy.
M- Smooth, crisp, light body.
O- Not very different than Funky Blender Apricot, just a touch fruitier and not really getting any wheat. This is very easy to drink and very well done.

Fully opaque glowing straw yellow with a loud white head that fizzles out quickly to almost nothing.
Juicy sweet and freshly herbal, it even imparts pear, apple and vinous white grape qualities. Tart, tingly and lightly sharp and prickly, the medium-light body has a mild sting in the semi-dry finish, but I can't not keep coming back to that wildly herbal, fresh and almost white peach type floral apricot.
The oak comes in second, accented by unexpectedly pleasant hints of lime. It's also a mildly dusty sort of white oak, dry and brightly woody, only elevating the profile of the beer. As it warms, the funk increases, but in measure, of a woody cheesy sort.
Riland Apricot 8/3/19
