Poured as thiccc as any I've poured, had to hard pour one glass to get a head to appear. Vanilla, coconut, almond all evident in the flavors without any going over the top to pastry level. Finish had a touch of base bitterness that really helped keep it under control. Very enjoyable.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with no real head or lacing.

This smells like almond syrupy, caramelized sugar, Hershey's syrup, and coconut cream.

This starts out up front by being just way too sweet and syrupy. I think the vanilla is mostly shouldering the blame for making this much too sweet. The coconut and almond certainly don't help balance anything out, though. And then weirdly, at the very end, a weird and herbal out of place astringent roasty bitterness. Normally this would be good to help balance out the sweetness, but it just ends up being weird and clashing.

This is syrupy, with a lower level of carbonation. It's not very boozy, but it's a slow sipper due to the intense sugary character.

I expected better, given how much of a home run nearly every Casey beer that I've had has been. They do wild ales and saisons about 1000x better than this, it seems.

Bottle. Tan head. Black color. A nice adjunct/pastry stout. Big vanilla and coconut and the almonds provide a nice creamy feel. Chocolate and fudge. Thick and rich. Tastes like a cake. Really solid.
