Smooth, clean and rather rich with a depth of malt character that ranges from biscuit to toast in flavor. German hops balance the beer with a subtle bitterness. Brewed for drinking from large containers, in large quantity, generally focused around German Oktoberfest each year.

12oz can, wrap label. No dating information found. Label has ABV% at 4.75%.
Cloudy, medium amber colored body. Two fingers of white colored head with the pour, and this reduces to a thin cap and high reaching ring. Leaves behind splotches of lacing.
Aroma of toasted bread and hop spice, together with a little caramel.
Taste is malty sweet. Flavors of toasted bread, caramel, toffee, Juicy apple, and a spice note from hops. Definite bitter bit ends each sip. Stays malty sweet in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth and tongue. Good carbonation.
Good balance between the sweet and the bitter so as to invite session work.

12 oz 2020 can already available in early August. Revised with average ratings that includes a pint on tap in October 2021.
Appearance. Clear golden body. While the can delivered a beer with a disappointing head, this came with a tall, bright white head that generated no complaints.
Aroma. This 2021 beer seems too be a different recipe than the earlier one. While it previously had a very nice blend of hops and malts, the aroma of the 2021 batch is completely dominated by earthy Euro hops.
Flavor. Both are true to style and clean. The 2021 version is, given the hoppy aroma, well balanced with adequate malts.
