Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a head that fades before the liquid hits the glass; in 20 seconds we have a ringlet; a few spots of lacing hang around
Smell: Lactic peach and funky Brett; oaky tones underneath
Taste: Lactic peach forward, with the sweet peach tone subsumed by the sour angle; a bit of peach pit bitterness builds, through the middle, along with the funk from the Brett; tart, slightly puckery finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice fruited sour from a blend between a foudre aged beer and a Berliner Weiss

@ Revelry (10/16/16)
Cloudy yellow color with a slim head that fades to nothing. Aromas of peach pits, dried apricots, and Golden Grahams. Juicy fuzzy peach sourness and subtle white wine flavors. Feels a little better than light bodied with a solid puckering dryness. Pretty enjoyable, though quite simple.

L: super hazy golden orange peach color. Nice finger of sticky head.
A: Blast of tart peach then some dry Brett funk other tart fruits..tangerines, apriocots maybe some apple.
T: Wow. The Berliner Weiss comes through very refreshing and tart tons of peach and tart light fruits. Slight funk and oak. But so refreshing and easy drinking.
F: perfect consistency. So smooth and tart but slightly sticky. Not thin at all which I was expecting it to be.
O: World class IMO. Best of both worlds. Refreshing Berliner Weiss qualities with a nice complex barrel aged beer behind it.
