This one touches all the bases for the style. A nice surprise one of the best creme ales I’ve had. Great on a warm evening.

Good Cream Ale. Reminded me of Genesee Cream Ale that I used to get a taste of when I was a kid vacationing in the Catskill Mountains with my parents. Looks a lot like an Adjunct Lager, but with a better head and more vibrant gold color. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer features a big foamy white head, good retention and good lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, fairly prominent. Taste is good as well. Sweet, smooth and malty..no thin, sour, vegetable tasting Adjunct Lager here. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy with enough background hops to give it a little bite. Very refreshing, a good summer beer.

Pourr is Light cloudy, gold. Foamy, short, white head that Fades fast.

Smells bready, grain, light earthy and Floral.

Taste sweet grain, corn, bread, light earthy and hints of floral. Finish is semi-dry with a grainy linger. Lighter body and creamy medium carbonation.

Smells and looks like an AAL, but the taste is really nice, slightly sweet, crisp finish and smooth mouthfeel with a touch fizziness. Really like this beer and could be a really nice summer beer if it were sold in my area.

PS: this beer is only 5% ABV per info. on side of the can.
