Appearance: Pours a clear golden colore with a one finger head that noisily fades to a ringlet and archipelago; patches of dripping lace
Smell: Tart green apple with strong aromatics of Meyer Lemon and lavender; oaky
Taste: Tart green apple forward with the Meyer Lemon penetrating; oaky and sour, after the swallow, with the lavender leaving an impression in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with just under moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: Been sitting in my fridge for a while but still showing off its attributes
