A bright and refreshing golden coloured ale with aromas of cereal malts, floral hops, and a light fruitiness. A subdued bitterness and soft mouthfeel make this one of our most popular choices.

Poured 473ml can into a pint glass. A one finger off white head on a hazy gold. The head diminishes to a layer. Some patchy lacing.
Malts in the nose. Some faint hop aroma. The taste is malt forward. Slightly sweet. nicely balanced. A long mild hop finish.
A medium light body. Good carbonation. Overall a solid Cream Ale.

473ml can
5.0% ABV
Real Canadian Superstore –Main/Thompson (Milton, Ontario, Canada)
September 15, 2017
$2.62
The beer pours a translucent orange gold colour with a minimal head. What head that was there, was white. The aroma was grainy malt, and weak earthy hops. Aroma was not the beer’s strong point. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was slightly sweet with grainly malt up front and with a mild bitter finish.

Tallboy from the LCBO; dated Feb 8 2018 and served slightly chilled. Reviewed on my phone.
Pours crystal clear golden-yellow, capped off with nearly two fingers of soapy white head. It dissipates down to a foamy collar within the next few minutes; lots of lovely, sticky lacing is also left behind. Looks pretty good, but the aroma is rather subtle and muted. Grainy malts, crackers and grassy hay make up the bulk of it, with just a hint of floral hops.
Approachable, but a bit plain, tasting mostly of dough and cereal grain sweetness. An understated grassy hop presence is hardly noticeable towards the finish, while the aftertaste is just more of the same cereal graininess. Light in body, with middling carbonation levels that provide the sort of crisp, proper bite that this sort of beer requires. Sessionable, but nothing special.
Final Grade: 3.46, a B-. Boshkung's 35 & 115 ain't half bad, at least for what it is. While I doubt I'll be buying it regularly, I wouldn't be opposed to another can or three on the beach this summer. Keep one in the back of your fridge for visitors that would otherwise opt for a macro.

Pours gold in colour with a nice head and lacing coating my glass. Slightly sweet as a good cream ale should be with a malty backbone. A bit of a hoppy undertone. Typical of the style. There are better cream ales and there are worse ones. Anything Highway related gets bonus points from me

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. A leftover from New Years. Canned 12/10/2017.
Appearance - Pale golden and light straw colored beer. Small half finger of thin white is poured and dissipates almost immediately. Good carbonation.
Smell - Some grassy hops, plenty of graininess and some caramel sweetness. Not much beyond that but pretty decent for the style. Some metallic notes appear after tasting, but are not present before hand.
Taste - Fairly clean, some grain but thin tasting, middling bitterness. Slight metallic twang here.
Mouthfeel - Well carbonated, light bodied and quite dry.
Overall - Not terribly impressed with this and unlikely to try another. A decent mowing the lawn type of beer.

On tap. Soft slightly hazed pale yellow. Head settles to thin film, plenty of spotty lace. Yup, it's creamy on the tongue. Hoppy, slightly dry. Malty against the hops, slight lingering bitterness. No aroma though. Passable.
