Not as sour as I like. Somewhat pilsner-ish for a saison

Filled growler at brewery June 2016, no longer retired, enjoyed from pilsner glass. Pours a little darker than straw, a bit cloudy. Unremarkable head. Aroma is of citrus. A mild tasting saison, has more finish than taste. Orange notes stand out, hints of lavender and spice, sweet finish. Very enjoyable beer.
Edit: bought a bottle Oct 2016 at Toby's on Commercial, still available, still very enjoyable.

Tastes darker and has more depth than its colour would lead you to believe. Lovely aftertaste, not too bitter, good body, and maybe a hint of dark fruit.

As more breweries are beginning to offer a saison I'm quickly beginning to narrow in on what I like, and don't like in a saison. Overall I think this could be a good starting point for anyone who wants to try the style but is more of a pilsner/lager drinker.
Look - Golden straw colour, appears to be filtered.
Smell - Strong banana scent and a little bit of bubblegum.
Taste - Sweeter taste than I dont typically associate with the style, with notes of banana and light spice.
Feel - Light taste with a good amount of carbonation.
Overall - Overall If you're looking for a light, easy drinking saison that's generally pretty agreeable then I think this is the beer for you. I was a little disappointed in the lack of depth of the overall flavour profile and found it to be a little underwhelming.

On tap at the brewery, Vancouver.
Hazy orange with white film. 3.75
Herbs and orange candle. 4
Big sweet dough, some orange rind, wax, a hint of phenol, and gentle citrus. 4
Lemon balm end and tingly linger.
Crisp, slight cling, lt-med. 4
Mild and easy. Columbus (which I wouldn’t have guessed) and Saaz play nice, and the yeast is toned down. They do a couple of saisons, I’m guessing this is the entry level one. 3.75
