A dry, effervescent base beer combined with Muscat blanc juice. Saison yeast and low mash temps minimise residual sugars, while Mandarina Bavaria hops provide orangey hop flavours with little bitterness.

Look: Clear pale-straw color. Pours a head with fine bubbles that reduced to a thin skiff across the glass in a minute. Fine foam clung to the wall of the glass. Fine bubbles rose continuously from the bottom of the glass.
Smell: Very light hop and yeast scents combined with an equally light white wine scent. Swirling the glass kicked up more wine scents and a light mint.
Taste: Rather tart, but not in a funky sour beer way. Mostly white wine flavors with some citrus hops. Very light bitters show up to join the wine flavor in the aftertaste.
Feel: Retains the fine bubbles for a long time. Doesn't quite make it to a creamy stage before the bubbles combine to larger bubbles.
Overall: I'm not sure what I was expecting from this. The wine flavors dominate and turn this into more of a beer/wine cocktail than a beer. This is a refreshing beverage but I just don't know what it is. I've guessed that it is a saison, but would welcome someone else's opinion. Thankfully it was a completely different experience than Okayama Kraft (Fruity Doppo) Muscal Pils, which tasted exactly like Fanta grape despite looking like a respectable Pilsner.
