32oz growler into a Gandhi-Bot tulip. Huge thanks to the NEBCO guys for sending this (and other goodies) my way. Cheers gentlemen!

A: Delicately hazed harvest-straw body under two full inches of fine white head that settles slowly into a solid cap and leaves tons of chunky lace. Spectacular BPA.

S: Complex and evolving, with hints of lemongrass, bread, clove, and orange peel. Nice balance of malt and yeast, with a distinct zing of earthy hop resin as it warms. Not too fruity, not too spicy, not to hoppy. Just right.

T: A bit more straightforward here than on the nose, with spicy Belgian yeast and bready malt being the two dominant flavors up front. The earthy, leafy hoppiness comes through nicely on the back end, though, adding a pleasant crisp bitterness to the dry finish. Very refreshing.

M: Lively, frothy, ebullient carbonation; a bit on the light side of medium-bodied. Perhaps not as creamy as one might wish for the style, but excellent.

O: This was a terrific example of the style, and a wonderfully enjoyable beer. The hoppy aftertaste was an especially nice touch, and grew more and more pronounced throughout each of my two glasses (one still to go). I can't wait to try the next couple Fat Ten-ers!

Cheers!
