Another Fat-Ten-Er one off, this one an IPA with Amarillo hops. The Amarillo hops are really great, they are kind of citrusy and bitter but have a nice depth to them. It reminds me of a southwestern scene, just really bright, clean, and with potent fruit.

Slugged a 2L a couple Saturdays ago. It was around a month old. Still amazeballs. Several more casual beer-drinking friends absolutely loved it. Top 4 G.O.A.T.

Date: 10/28/14
Location: New England Brewing Co.
Draught/Bottle: Growler
Glassware: Snifter

Appearance: Golden to Amber in color with a frothy milky white head. Good retention and cling. Allows a lot of light in and
Aroma: Strong citrus hop aromas. Juicy Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon. Very little in the way of malt aroma they are a touch in the back if at all.
Taste: The hops shine giving off the wonderful citrus fruit with a resinous bitter bite. The malts can be found when the beer really warms up and you get a touch of pale.
Mouthfeel: Medium to Medium high body. High carbonation the hops leave a real drying flavor on the palate.
