Another Fat-Ten-Er one off, this one an IPA with Amarillo hops. The Amarillo hops are really great, they are kind of citrusy and bitter but have a nice depth to them. It reminds me of a southwestern scene, just really bright, clean, and with potent fruit.

Slugged a 2L a couple Saturdays ago. It was around a month old. Still amazeballs. Several more casual beer-drinking friends absolutely loved it. Top 4 G.O.A.T.
