Growler purchased 7/1/16 at brewery. This is as long as I've ever let a growler go, but hopefully 8 days isn't too bad. Poured into Kane Belgian ale glass.
L: 3F foamy head with decent retention, leaving plenty of lacing and a cap and ring. Beer is a very clear pale gold.
S: Light citrus and sweet floral notes.
T: Light citrus, grapefruit, herbal and floral. A bit of pine but transitions to unexpectedly slightly sweet finish.
F: Light body and light carbonation. Might need a bit more carbonation. Good enough construction and balance. Would not call it crisp as it lingers on the palate a bit, but certainly very drinkable.
O: A bit less bitter and dry than you'd expect a Session IRA, but it tastes pretty good and that's what matters, right?

Very balanced and clean tasting. All the flavors are integrated well. Hard to pick out flavors. Getting some pine, papaya and mango. Cracker malt background. One of the better session ipas I've have. Good stuff.

Had at the brewery on Saturday, 6/4. #31, the "session IPA" (I do not like that term), pours a slightly cloudy yellow color with a bubbly head that dies down quickly.
The smell is all around very hoppy, big juicy notes on top of a tiny malt base. At first sip you get a bit of the restrained malts, touch of grain, but it's washed away by the hops. I get a very strong melon followed by a bit of tangerine. Finish is somewhat dry, crisp, and very light. This is totally crushable.
Even at 4.8% they have managed to take the hops and crank it up without overdoing it. I love the hop combination on #31, it leaves the beer so fresh and so fruity. I could easily drink this all day as soon as the temperature rises above 80 degrees.
