A very bright, glossy gold with some orange highlights. Clear with ivory head and a spiny drops of lace. Aroma reeks of mango and pine. Herbal bitterness, honey thistle and thick layer of dank pine. Sweet tropical fruit flavors: passionfruit and mango. I'm finding a lot of fresh peach too. Mosaic gives everything a kiss of bright lime and orange. Good acridity, tart apple, medium-light body, but with some spice and booze. Low-med carb. Very nice combo of hops. If I had to drink another " all mosaic" beer I might cry. But the mosaic really amplify the sweet tropical notes typical of the Galaxy hips as well as the more herbal and earthy Simcoe notes.

A near perfect looking IPA. A golden orange body, just a teeny bit of haze and a fluffy white head with generous lacing. The aroma is very bright. Hints of apple cider, lemon peel and pine are balanced in the smell. Pineapple, grapefruit and pine flavors are nuanced. The mouth is just a shave too bitter, but still very nice. Another great ten-er that is clearly Nebco but still has its own unique flair.
