Hazy orange. Slim head.
Aroma of tropical fruit gummies, fresh forest, light peat moss after rain, kumquat, raw dough, pineapple, coriander, baked peaches.
Tastes dry/unsweet with notes of tangerine peel, pine needles, red berries, sour pineapple, grain of paradise.
Dry finish with muted tropical sweetness, well attenuated with moderate carb. Nice drinkability on hot days.

Pine, grapefruit, unripe mango and Brett. The Brett really dries this beer out. Very little sweetness. Light, crisp and dry. Nice bitter bite at the end but fairly balanced. Pretty good.

Definitely get a lot of flavor from the Brett on this one. Good fruity hops merge with the pineapple and funk from the Brett yeast and overall the beer is quite well done and I really like the venture for NEBCO. Reminds me of what a Kent Falls beer should taste like when they attempt Pale Ales/IPAs.
