Benchmark Gose and no surprise that NEBCO can flirt with souring beers (I imagine this one is kettle soured and not regularly soured after fermentation), but alas this beer is no light weight. Very sour, hint of salt, slightly sweet. Nice work!

Golden in color. Clear in appearance. Lemon, salt and citrus pith. Large wheat malt profile. Super clean, fairly dry finish. Nicely carbed. Easy drinking. This is a solid gose.
