We've gone and done it now! Introducing Shake Hazies, the second beer off our pilot system and our first "New England Style IPA"! This 6.7% IPA features Galaxy, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops we add a large amount of oats in the mash and lactose in the boil.
