Hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, and El Dorado that also features a certain yeast strain made popular by a certain VT. brewery.
There are hop notes of peaches, tropical fruit and a hint of citrus. Hop additions focused late in the boil and in the whirlpool result in restrained bitterness. The soft mouthfeel is thanks to a large percentage of oats in the mash.
