On cask at Prime 16 into a shaker pint.
A: Lightly-hazed, orange-gold body; one finger of fine off-white foam that doesn't really hang around, but leaves good sheets of lace. Solid-looking IPA.
S: Mellow, understated nose of grassy, floral hops and light, toasty malt. Not bad, but nothing special or complex.
T: Follows the nose, but with greater intensity - malts up front and a big, dry, herbal hop finish. Nice.
M: Rich, smooth, and creamy. Thank you cask.
D: Goes down with extreme ease. Dangerously sessionable.
Notes: Immensely better than regular on-tap Sea Hag IMO. Definitely worth ordering if you see it. Thanks to NEB and Prime 16 for providing such a tasty local brew on cask.
Cheers!
