A: slight haze; deep gold in color; 1+ finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a thin cap; very nice rings of lace;
S: nicely aromatic; floral, orange, and pineapple;
T: almost flavorless for a moment, then the flavor builds through the middle; follows the nose through the finish; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; hides the ABV well; smooth;
O: dangerously easy to drink;

L: Pours a pale to deep gold color with a medium-full haze. The pour produces two finger of fine, white head with very good retention slowly falling to a 5 mm ring around the glass with a splotchy sheet inhabiting the interior of the glass. As I drain the beer it leaves a nice mass of webbed and ringed lacing.
S: On the nose i get tropical fruit, a bit of citrus, berry notes, light notes of pine resin, pilsner/pale malts, and a hint of caramel malt.
T: The palate presents grapefruit upfront melding with a nice piney resin that follows through to the finish. Mid palate I get sweet caramel malt and light notes of overripe tropical fruit. On the backend the malt sweetness is nicely balanced by the bitter pine and some (also bitter) earthy herbal notes which are also complemented by notes of berry
F: Medium body with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is soft and a bit slick with a dry finish.
O: Highly recommended! A nice balance of hops and malt that really harkens back to an O.G. Nebco brew. While at the brewery I inquired about the malt bill and they said it is identical to Stego's bill. They obviously know that they put in their beer, but for me this one had more of an old school Nebco mouthfeel rather than what I get from some of their more new wave offerings (see Stego, Facehugger, and their Equality series). Either way, this was another great spin. I've said it before, but Nebco's Spin Cycle series rarely misfires. Bring on #37!
