This beer was made for our love of Simcoe hops. It pours hazy orange with a strong aroma of grapefruit and peach. Flavors of stone fruit, resin, and citrus.

L: The beer is a deep orange and arrives with a nice two and a half fingers of fine, white head. This one has great retention slowly falling to and retaining a substantial 5 mm head. As it goes down it leaves a good amount of ringed and spotty lacing on the glass.
S: Waves of oranges upfront. Further nosing presents citrus pith, berry, stone fruit, and just a hint of earthy spice
T: I get orange marmalade, light notes of apricot, red currant berry notes, hints of earthy pine, just a touch of spice, and a nice grainy malt backbone holding it all together. The citrus and pine lend a medium bitterness to this one.
F: Medium body with a medium-low carbonation. The mouthfeel is a bit creamy upfront but quickly dries out.
O: What can i say? Another amazing addition to the spin cycle series that, like #37, leans more new wave NEBCO. Great showcase of the Simcoe hop with a bit of help from the El Dorado hop (according to the brewery). Highly recommended!
