On tap at the brewery
L: The beer is a medium amber color with a medium haze. The beer comes with a finger of light khaki head with ok retention falling to a 1mm ring around the glass with not much head occupying the interior. As I drink the beer it leaves a very light webbed lacing.
S: On the nose I get bubblegum, minimal grainy malt sweetness, toasted malt character, and that's about it. As the beer warm I start to get a hint of fruity ester.
T: Toasted malt character, light spice, candy sugar lending a very light residual sweetness. As the beer opens up I begin to detect a almost imperceptible fruity ester character.
F: Medium-full body with medium carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel.
O: Not a bad beer, but definitely not to style in the appearance. I also wasn't really digging the nose or palate.
