L: The beer pours a pale gold color with a medium to medium-plus haze. The pour gives two fingers of fine white head with excellent retention. As the beer goes down it leaves a sticky, ringed and webbed lacing on the glass.
S: Big notes of oranges, light notes of lime, light notes of citrus pith, and a light grainy malt character.
T: Following the nose I get waves of oranges mixing with light notes of lime pith on the backend and that Nebco house grainy malt character. Light bitterness on the backend and finish.
F: Medium-light body with medium carbonation. The mouthfeel is smooth with a nice light dryness on the finish.
O: For a 4.7% ABV beer this packs a punch and could easily be mistaken for a 6%+ ABV. In fact I don't think I have had a "session IPA" with this much hop and malt character. On tap this is even better with the mouthfeel being a bit more creamy than smooth. I hope they give this one a proper name and put it in the rotation. Definitely a keeper and highly recommended! This is the best session IPA I think I have ever had and have rated it accordingly.
