This one-time batch of NEBCO Lager was specially labeled in honor of the late James Velvet, a New Haven, CT music legend who helped build local music into what it is today. Our owner Rob originally met James at New Haven Brewing (his first brewery job!), where James delivered beer by day and played music at night. This beer is in remembrance of him and his impact on the local community.
