Appearance - From the howler, The beer was dark brown in color with a off-white head.
Smell - Dark, slightly bitter dominates the nose.
Taste - The initial impression is fresh, slightly bitter coffee. Maple sweetness makes an impression, though I wish there was more. Raisins and dark fruits make an impression in back. Coffee with a slight bitterness returns in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - I wanted this beer to be a little stickier.
Overall - This is a very enjoyable beer. It's one of my favorites from Burn'em.
