On tap in the brewpub. Nice and smooth, mild bitterness doppelbock from this small brewery. Dark brown, almost clear, with thin off white head, roast grains and nutty character throughout the aroma and taste. Mildly bitter on the finish, some nuttiness. Good meal accompaniment.
