L - proper clear, decent head for this style, not too much lacing. Bubbles for minutes on end, however. High point.
S - A good solid light woodsy Lager whiff here; clean biscuity malt from some Pevec grains. Nothing overtly done on the Foeder treatment - could stand a bit more time in the cask.
T - Clean, crisp, refreshing. Tastes more like a normal Helles with just a dash of creamy buttery woodsy taste, almost vanillin in character, from the Foeder treatment. Nice, but could be stronger (in taste).
F - Can come off a little watery at first, but the CO2 is proper - stays balanced - a little mouth thickness at the end but solid.
O - we need more beers like this, so overall, really like it. Good to see 4Noses sticking their.... noses... into the Foeder game. PROST!

Clear, straw colored body; light carbonation presence; thick head, white, semi-creamy with spidery webs of lacing. Lightly fruity esters on the nose with a touch of oak. Gently sweet flavor; mild note of apples and pear; light malt base; very little bitterness; clean. Medium-light body; crisp with a slight juiciness.
A very pleasant, easy drinking helles. The foeder aspect doesn't present a lot of wood character upfront, yet the entire beer has a quiet sort of rustic character. Quite enjoyable overall.
Pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning info: 07/27/23
